Your workshop leader: Dr Howard Scott, Managing Partner, Cognyst Consulting, United States.
Dr. Howard Scott specializes in metering technology. He holds a doctorate in physics from the University of Rochester and is the author of 'The Scott Report', a series of publications that documents automated metering deployments worldwide. He also actively consults with utilities, their vendors and investors in the utility metering marketplace and frequently speaks at international conferences on how to incorporate automated systems into existing utility operations.
